Sobre um bowl, em uma peneira, ponha a polpa dos maracujás, junte o açúcar e, com o auxílio de uma colher, amasse a polpa sobre a peneira para que as sementes se soltem com facilidade. Despeje o suco obtido em uma panelinha e leve ao fogo até ficar cremoso (reduzido a ¾ de xícara de chá), retire do fogo e reserve. Pique o chocolate, leve-o para derreter em banho-maria junto com o álcool/ cachaça e o creme de leite. Depois de derretido, retire do banho-maria, ponha a vasilha sobre o mármore e continue mexendo o chocolate. Adicione a calda de maracujá reservada e mexa até esfriar. Depois de fria, coloque a trufa em uma vasilha de louça ou de vidro e cubra com papel filme, de maneira que o plástico fique em contato com o chocolate para evitar que transpire. – Esquente o leite no micro-ondas por cerca de 25 segundos, até que ele fique morno, depois misture o fermento e 150g de farinha com o leite, cubra e deixe descansar num lugar quente por cerca de 30 minutos (pode ser próximo ao forno ligado).<br />
– Aqueça levemente a água e misture com o açúcar e o sal. Pegue um dos ovos, bata a clara em neve e misture com a gema, a água e o restante da farinha. Misture bem e em seguida adicione a massa fermentada. Sove por cerca de 5 minutos e adicione a margarina derretida.<br />
– Sove bem por mais 20 minutos. Caso a massa fique muito pegajosa, adicione mais farinha aos poucos, até que ela comece a desgrudar das mãos.<br />
– Coloque a massa em uma vasilha e cubra, deixe descansar num lugar quente por cerca de 40 minutos ou até dobrar de tamanho.<br />
– Com a ajuda de um rolo abra a massa em formato retangular. Espalhe os ingredientes do recheio misturados sobre a massa e depois enrole a massa como um bolo de rolo.<br />
– Ponha o pão recheado numa assadeira, faça pequenos cortes em diagonal na parte de cima do pão. Pincele com gema e polvilhe com queijo ralado. Leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 190ºC por cerca de 25 minutos ou até dourar.<br />

Bata os ovos com a essência de baunilha e misture ao creme de chocolate. Adicione a farinha de trigo, o bicarbonato e as nozes. Despeje a massa em uma assadeira untada e enfarinhada. <strong style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px;">Postas de Bacalhau: </strong>Utilizar as postas de bacalhau, depois de deixadas de molho para retirada do sal (Uma sugestão é utilizar postas dessalgadas e congeladas). Tempera-lás com uma pitada de pimenta do reino e páprica picante, regar com azeite e deixar marinar por no mínimo 2 horas antes do preparo. Em uma assadeira dispor as rodelas de batata e os tomates alternados e adicionar as cabeças de alho e as postas de bacalhau. Regar tudo com bastante azeite de oliva português, temperar com sal e pimenta a gosto.</div>

Levar ao forno médio por aproximadamente 40 mim ou até que todos os ingredientes estejam bem assados e dourados.</div>
